i have some mkv file that dont start in xbmc. Cant even add them to my collection. this file work fine in all other media players like VLC etc
Try to change name on folders etc. Tryed to right click on the file and start in xbmc nope dont start. It's open the xbmc program.

It doesn't work when navigating to it in the file browser from within xbmc ?

Did you add the folder containing your movie files as a video source in XBMC?
