I have installed Raspbmc (xbmc 12.1) and MySQL server on my Pi attached to a self powered External Hard Drive. So far it is performing flawlessly making available Tv shows and movies in two Apple TV 2 clients in my home.
My question is how reliable over time this setup is considering the possibility of a degradation of data on the SD card that contains everything?
