This site "http://www.algeriestream.com/" has some Algerian and other Arabic channels
I made a fast hack for you for these channels
. There is still issues with this plugin , it takes about 40 sec to get the list of all channels and some of
the channels will not play by the first time (only audio) so you need to stop it and try again. Please download the file from this location

Ok. I'm not hacking anything , I'm viewing the very same content that you are using . I have only reorganized the very same channels you are retransmitting in XBMC.
But you are retransmitting ore stealing TV channels to be consist that are protected by copyright laws .
So to be frank with you , you are the criminal who is breaking the law and not us...
