Is there a way to setup my main XBMC box in the front room and be able to watch shows off of it in another room? Am I able to do so from 2 different rooms, watching two different shows/movies?

You will need a hardware client in each room or very long HDMI cables a video splitter and an RF remote.

You can setup a main server and share the content to other clients and setup MySQL db so they are share the same library information.
