Does xbmc have any option to remotely control someone else xbmc over the internet with their permission?

Can you define what you mean by "control"? In other words, what are you trying to do on that system remotely?

Basically, if my mum call me and need Help with xbmc on her apple tv.

I should be able to remotely control xbmc from my home to help her navigate around...

I know if she use computer computer I can use teamviewer... but its more for android and apple tv devices.

Would be nice with such feature

You can get the XBMC remote for your iPhone or Android and setup a port forward on her router to talk to her XBMC install.
You will need to enable the HTTP GUI on the XBMC in settings.
I use this to turn on shows for my kids when I am on the road. You cant navigate but you can see the library and turn on shows, pause, stop, volume up down and a whole bunch more options.

You are talking about remotely sharing the screen of a android or appletv install of XBMC.
This is not possible from within XBMC.
