Is there any real difference between those 2 cards? (using an Android Player)

Sandisk Extreme (95 mb/s)

Sandisk (45 mb/s)

I think in a HtPC would be better to get a SSD drive ofc...

But, an Android Player can fully utilize the 95 mb/s or the 45 mb/s is more than enough?
Wouldn't it also depend on the connective interface? Most (But not all) SD card readers are connected to the USB bus and thusly treated as USB Mass Storage Device Class and this behaves very slowly when reading many small files, making it less than ideal for accessing thumbnails and the like when compared to using a HDD on SATA.

Or am I incorrect in this understanding?
In other words there will be no apparent difference between 45 mb/s and 95 mb/s (for thumbnail viewing)
