I currently am using an ATV1 with a flash stick. I run crystalbuntu directly off of the flash stick but now that the usb is used I am not sure where I put my repos? Do I take the flash stick out and then plug in another flash stick with repos on it?

I usually just put the repo on a network share and install from zip and point to the network share.
I run ATV1 but not from flash stick mine is installed on the drive but ts the same concept.
Theres no other way to do it?
That's the easiest way, but there are others. You can't remove the USB drive that has CB on it, but you can use a USB hub in order to plug in a second USB drive.
