Just for my own sanity i like to break up my sections with titles e.g.

<!-- Music channels 250-300 -->

But they just get deleted when the version is loaded into the plugin. It also ignores and deletes the tags that i put around groups of channels that i want to temporarily block out.

Would be nice to be able to use the tags to comment out things but if its not an easy fix then i'll just carry on using a local formated version and the live version as differnt.

Sorry this isn't possible, Settings2 is stored in memory when running, and is completely rewritten when exiting. Anything outside of normal parameters is ignored.

Technically editing settings2 directly is temporary anyway... it's not really ideal since its a sensitive and very import file... When this build is final there will be some type of channel editor to handle everything.

Yes, 13.1

You can try disabling the Super Search option from Super Favorites settings.
This solved my problem.

Hope this will help Smile

Super search being iSearch?

it's listed in the post 2 example as a folder that needs to be blocked
Code:
<setting id="Channel_#_3" value="Create New Super Folder,Explore XBMC favourites,iSearch" />

No. I don't have iSearch in Super Favorites, but I do have Super Search instead, and I'm using version 1.0.8.
So, the rule (_value="Create New Super Folder,Explore XBMC favourites,iSearch") is not excluding Super Search, and caused PTVL to stop loading.
Luna, I am now using the built in BCT rules instead of doing it manually by interleaving like I did before to make my setup less complicated. However I have run into a snag, I requested previously that you add an ignore rule which I am finding invaluable (Thanks). I turned off BCT's on the childrens channels because some trailers in my folder are not suitable for children. But now the childrens channels have programs running back to back. I was wondering if it were at all possible to further tweak the ignore BCT rule.

It would be great if you could make it even more flexable by being able to separate BCT's within the settings menu, by turning them on and off individually. Something like this maybe? ....

Image

In the mockup the bumpers are preserved from the exclude BCT rule.

But you are using an outdated copy of super favorites...

Not interested in making disabling a feature this complicated. The feature I added for you blocks all bcts from a channel... You might want to go back to interleaving for advanced control.

Sorry, I just got around to doing this. Please could someone take a look at THIS log for me.

I was trying to update from v0.3.9 to v0.4.6

When I attempted to load Pseudo, it prompted me to update to v0.4.7 which I did so. However, once the change log appeared on screen I had to click to get off it and my Pseudo version was labelled v0.4.6 stil.

Cheers

No probs. Heres a direct link to the ones I've completed, the folder will be updated frequently. Also to note that all the images are not under any sort of licence, everything is my own work (excluding 2 images that's the stargate and the combadge, those images are free to use commercially and for non-profit), I won't be using any images that are copywritten, so feel free to share the link etc. I'll be updating them as I go along.

Any requests let me know

I have the latest version of Super Favorites, I've disable Isearch, add favorites to xbmc then to super favorites all play in super favorites but they don't auto tune. Notice the time in the screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/xkp6w802ldrt6x...hot002.png https://www.dropbox.com/s/b4pa1uix8zrpwi...hot003.png it stays like that for hours LOG https://www.dropbox.com/s/d7fzt50d0fnqs9q/xbmc.log
Autotune is loading channel information for channels I do not have in the USTVnow add-on. It is gathering channel information for the premium subscription, and is making the original channels unusable.

Autotune will only build the channels available to the ustvnow plugin... did your trial period end? go back into the ustvnow plugin, it should only list the free channels. Then run autotune again...
4 new ones for today Smile

Has XMLTV file over network stopped working in 4.7? I just noticed that my Live TV channels aren't loading anymore on my main machine. Tested it with a local XMLTV file and that loaded so I'm thinking maybe something is bugged in 4.7...has anyone dealt with this? is XMLTV over network working for anyone?

Other than that 4.7 is by far the best and fastest version yet.
