Working on a couple of new 1080 skins. Does anyone know where I can find a list of the color values for the text?
I looked around in the XBMC development stuff without a lot of luck.

AARRGGBB format seems to be the key. Some of the links have lists of colors in that format. The last list has a number of color pickers including an AARRGGBB picker.

Awesome! Just what I needed.
I'm just curious what music video plugins people have got to work with PTVL? I've tried VEVO and YouTube Music (formally SpotiMC), but I can't get either to work inside PTVL. I'd love to add some music channels to my setup, so does anyone have any recommendations?

Both those plugins work fine when configured correctly.

I must be doing something wrong then. When I get a chance, if I post an example of one of them, would you mind taking a look?

Use the community list as a guide.

Good idea, didn't think of that. Cheers mate.

(2014-11-20, 02:33)GavinCampbell Wrote: [ -> ]Can you make it possible to jump around in the guide? So if I'm viewing the guide and want to quickly jump to 200 to just view the listings I can do that without having to scroll/page up to it?

Seems repetitive, why wouldn't you just enter 200 on your remote??

If I'm watching something in the background it allows me to jump around the guide quickly to see whats playing on another channel without having to change channels.

For example, if I'm on channel 999 and just want to see whats playing or coming up on 500 I have to go into the guide and scroll all the way up.

+1 I think it would be great to be able to jump around the EPG by typing in a channel without changing the channel that's playing in the background. That's how DirecTV is and any cable box I've used. It would make PTVL more useful and authentic to boot.
Since the update WindowPatch isn't working, just shows fanart in the corner. Anyway to get it to show what's now playing instead?

Gotham? Did you reboot?, Did you try reapplying or uninstalling, reinstalling patch. Then reboot?
Can anyone point me to a good guide for Linux users? The main PDF shows some decent ideas, especially on arranging content, but the tool suggested is windows only.

Specifically I as of right now have no on disk media, and I want to arrange channels rather than just have autotune do it's thing.

That is to say have the USA video/live TV plugin channels arrangeable (channel 1 as ABC, two as fox, 3 whatever, and so on) followed by channels made from my super favorites.

IE a youtube shows channel that's nostalgia critic, avgn, Scott Manley, red vs blue, Ben Heck, and a few others.

Comedy that has I love lucy, golden girls, different standup acts, etc.

And so on. I was thinking I could get this effect by having super favorites for channel_1, channel_2, and so on and dump programs in each.

However when I tried I got a black screen and what sounds like sports radio. Guessing the NFL or ESPN streams screw up.

Pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
sidebar is working nice. Few minor things, the on demand window that comes up to show the files has no background colour, you can only see the buttons over layed ontop of whats playing in the background, but i assume this is a skin issue. I use Eminance skin.

Second, the titles do not fit the sidebar and the last few letters are cut off on most titles, and last when you play something "on demand" from your library, is it possible to put the now playing data into the info box, instead of displaying what should be playing on the EPG.

Great work

Great work

It's because of Eminence skin (fonts are to big, and no backgrounds on dialogs windows)., don't know if I want to add playing info... already have more ideas then buttons, lol... I'm pressed for space.

I thought it would be haha. I don't mean playing info in the sidebar, but in the info bar its self, unless that's what you meant swell? In that case i'll look forward to see'ing what you have next
