Having problems with donor options...
Was emailed Username

I entered them in, no spaces, cap sensitive... click update and nothing happens... The donor options menu remains greyed out on Autotune.
Have tried exiting and returning multiple times... Anyone know why the options are not activating? Thanks

At least you got a donor log in. I never received one after donating.
I know that in the guide you can set colors for different show types, etc, but is there a way to set a different color for each block of channels.
For example, my channels are set up in themed groups of 10 or 20. My tech shows are in the 80s. My music channels are the 90s. My sports channels are the 40s. I want to set it up so everything in each block gets colored the same regardless of what type or genre the content is. For example all the sports channels would be green. All the movie channels red, and all the tech channels orange.
Is this possible?

While the spooling is going on, all images are disabled. Once the spooling ends (on the latest it is taking several minutes for me) images should be displayed again
No, not from what I am seeing
This is during the channel scan:
After the channel scan and the artwork spooling completes:
The Superman 2 logo is no longer present after it gets done scanning, and shows the default PseudoTV live logo. Started with the latest update.
Just to clarify, the following is what I observe:
1)During channel updating / background loading: Artwork is displayed (only tv shows, but that's a different issue)
2)When channel update is done and the artwork spooling starts: No artwork, just the PTVL logo
3)When artwork spooling is done (can take up to 30 min in my experience): Artwork is displayed (only for tv shows but that's a different issue)
Are you sure that when you took that last screenshot, artwork spooling was indeed completed and not just the channel building?

I am having trouble with autotune hanging when trying to add channels. I gets a few channels in and just hangs, and not at the same place either. I'm only using local movies on my NAS, so no streaming content. I tried uninstalling the addon, rebooting, and reinstalling it and just using the default settings. Nothing seems to keep it from hanging.
Are there any guides out there for setting up streaming channels? The autotune doesn't seem to grab any from my addons (other than Youtube). I am looking for how to manually add (via PTVL channel manager) either a single stream, or better yet, make a channel that consists of directory of an addon (i.e. the "documentaries" section of a particular addon.
I've been Googling to the bone but all the results just show you how to install PTVL anf maybe run the auto scan. I can't find any instructions on adding streams.

An update was pushed to my machine a couple of days ago.
It rebuilt all channels and seemed to force it to spool all artwork again... that's ok.
But the EPG is un-usably slow. Logs don't suggest anything wrong, just cannot browse EPG, can take 5-10 seconds to process a single "down" click to hightlight next channel.
Do I need to revisit any settings for the new build?

is anyone else having an issue with playon? My items weren't coming in correctly, so I tried going again from nothing...
