yesterday i upgraded to a recent build. the new features are pretty impressive.
but how do i delete files now. i used to be able to hit the white button on my gamepad and select delete.
both delete and rename were added into each media section, but you need to enable the functionality in the settings screen. (it's three seperate options so you can enable it in video only if you like.) and i'm not sure if white is still mapped to delete. you'll need to check keymap.xml.
when browsing a share the white key brings up a menu with movie info, queue item, imdb, settings etc. delete also used to be in there in the older build that i used.
i found this

but black does not delete the file
rename is not in keymap.xml for the gamepad
ok, now you're just not listening to me. that function has been altered so that it doesnt allow deletion by default. you need to enable it in settings. if you enable the option, then "delete" and "rename" will be in the context menu; and whatever button the delete action is mapped to will work.
