Are you sure that's XBMC asking that? That doesn't look like an XBMC dialog window, and I can't imagine what on earth it would be uploading, let alone uploading at all.

I stand corrected, that's Metropolis, so it is XBMC asking that. Very odd. Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when this happens?
