so...i'm trying to change the buttons on the left of the my programs, my pictures, my music windows. the ones that
so i looked in references.xml...and found button-focus.png and button-nofocus.png
i changed every button-focus.png to something else in references.xml...and nothing happens...the buttons remain the same as the original...
can some body please tell me what i'm supposed to be changing to modify thoes button textures.
they are stored in home.xml files
<texturefocus>home-focus.png</texturefocus>
<texturenofocus>-</texturenofocus>

i'm trying to change thoes textures ..
you need to edit the right files for that. for example.. if you want to change the buttons in my pictures than edit mypics.xml, and so on.
you have to change the lines of code britneyspairs mentioned before.. good luck.

so thats my problem then...i don't know what file to edit..
becuase myprograms.xml, mypics.xml, mymusic.xml....
have the button controls...but do not list any textures in the controls...
so i guessed that the textures to edit are a default control set in references.xml
am i right....probrably not because i've been messing around with references.xml forever and with no results.
