Full Version: Video crawls after 45 minutes

I'm running xbmc 12.2 on a Mac mini (2.3Ghz i5 with 4G of RAM) with OSx 10.8.4.
After about 45 minutes of video playing, the video will slow to a crawl (a few frames per second) and audio will stop.
The log shows:
23:56:32 T:4622049280 ERROR: CDVDAudio::AddPacketsRenderer - timeout adding data to renderer
23:56:33 T:4622049280 ERROR: Previous line repeats 1 times.
23:56:33 T:4622049280 ERROR: AddPackets - failed to add leftover bytes to render
23:56:34 T:4622049280 ERROR: CDVDAudio::AddPacketsRenderer - timeout adding data to renderer
23:56:35 T:4622049280 ERROR: Previous line repeats 1 times.

This happens for all sorts of sources - streamed from internet, local from NAS.
If I stop the playback (return to menu) and start again, all is well.
I don't have any sleep related options set in OSx (sleep, HD spindown, video turnoff)

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. It seems like it freezes at different spots in different movies, but it happens for every movie. Here is my Log.

Thanks!
Known issue, check it out:

Basic fix has been to change the output from HDMI to Optical or Analog.
