Short answer: yes. Long answer: there are dozens of threads in this forum about using Celeron mobile motherboard/PCs with XBMC. Search Celeron in the forum search.
I keep reading it both ways so it was nice to get the short answer from you. Thank you!

How about:
http://www.amazon.com/ECS-Elitegroup-Mot...s=ecs+1155
and
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Celeron-2-60...eron+g1610
Only $3 more than your combo and much more powerful. Will make a much better experience in Windows.
I am afraid you are wrong on being 3$ more.. you did not include the 50$ case to put this in.. so $53 more is not within the budget.. Thank you though!
What? My mobo/CPU combo is $93. Your celeron board is $90.
Use the same case you have already linked. Understand?

Sorry, I read that quick when I was cooking lol.. The setup was already ordered earlier today.
Found a better board for 5$ more than your board.. so basically 8$ more for a better setup.. I will see if we can cancel our order. The Asrock board is getting better reviews and has a PCI-E slot as well.
I'm not sure about this case but don't forget you might need a low profile cooler the celeron to fit into the case. Usually cost $30 for a low profile cooler.
