UPDATE: Missed a mysql error in the log. Removed all .db files on the ATV2 and restarted it, and now it works again.
My ATV2 is suddently acting weird. Movie and TV Show banners are downloaded from TVDB over and over again. I have verified that the cached thumbnails are generated on the ATV2, and logs says so too. Running XBMC Frodo 12.2.
I did the following procedure to show the problem:
10. Go to TV Shows. All thumbnails are loaded slowly, my http proxy confirms the media is requested from TVDB.
20. Press up on the remote, to go to the bottom of the TV-Shows. Again, banners are requested from TVDB.
30. Press down on the remote, to go to the top of the TV-Shows. All banners are again requested from TVDB.
40. Goto 20.

As an example from the log, we can see it keeps caching the exact same image:
System info/Storage shows /dev/disk0s1s1 (/) has 54% use, and /dev/disk0s1s2 (/private/var) has 30% use.
Not sure when it started, might have taken me a while to notice it. Any idea?
