Hello xbmc community!
First I just wanted to say thank you for all of your guys hard work and help without it we wouldn't be enjoying all this great stuff
I'm a big fan of everything you all have accomplished.
Ok now on to my issue, Running ATV2 with tethered boot 5.2.1 software (I know it's a friends and he already had it updated to it
running xbmc 12.2 Git:20130502-32b1a5e (compiled May 2 2013)

during playback either using Icefilms or streaming off the network it keeps closing out of xbmc altogether or delays and hangs up. I know it could be running smoother as I've seen
it run way better than mine. so just want to get it working flawlessly if possible.
I saw that Icefilms meta data issue looks to be fixed so that's a separate issue that I'll have to work on..
any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Get rid of Icefilms and try again to see if problem persists. By the way, we do not provide support for piracy add-ons per
forum rules (wiki).
Disable LCD support in settings (you don't have one for sure!)

ah ok thanks...hmm it does it while streaming off my laptop computer from the network as well...not just that addon thanks for the feedback

Memphiz I'm connected to 50" LCD TV does that not count as LCD? LOL oh wait unless you're talking about a small LCD Display like on a dvd player?
ah ok thanks for the feedback I have posted on the author's forum...
lcd in xbmc means ... small text only displays ... and this setting is turned on on your setup somehow (clicking buttons you don't understand hhehehe??

something I've notice is that mkv files are the ones i seem to have issues with avi or mp4 are okay hope that detail helps? :-)

try disable the extraction of thumbnails
Ok did so, just an update .mp4 and .mkv files both have issues...especially when FFwd to get back to a spot after it dumps, and I've cleared the cache.
