i have xbmc running on zotac xboxs running windows 7 and i would like to know if their is a way to prevent xbmc from being closed/minimized accidentally i have nieces and nephews and a mom that presses (on accident) some random button and some how closes or minimizes xbmc


if you possible maybe a password or pin to close xbmc something that could not be accidentally triggered possibly ignoring a specfied set of keyboard keys

It's possible to change/remove those keys with a custom keymap (wiki) file. You can define the key as "noop" with means it does "no operation" or "nothing" :)

Just be warned, that might make it hard to actually close XBMC when you really want to.
