Just curious, it seems like out of the blue that new tv episodes aren't being added to the library, at first I thought it was my SQL database but its working fine for movies and tv shows at the show and season level, but when I try to refresh any show's episode or try to add new ones I get an error stating the "insert show name here" could not be found.

But when I refresh at the season or tv show level I am not getting that error, just the episode level. Movies are fine as well.

Here is a debug log, basically the show in question is Dads, I hope this can help one of you guys easily figure out what the cause of this issue is. Its not just dads obviously but I mentioned it so you guys can easily narrow down where I initiated the search in the log.

What scraper are you using? There was an issue a few days ago with the TVDB, which caused similar problems:
