Hi.
Do I need a separate media manager like EMM-r or Vi or ??
These programs is where I always end up with issues. Is there a way to get XBMC to do the scraping all by itself? I use "theRenamer" to move my files, so all video ends up stored really nicely, organized and laid out. But it seems to me that it never gets listed on XBMC until I run a media manager on the thing.
Any help would be appreciated.

no you don't need a seperate media manager,
you just need to make sure that you've added the directory (where all your movies are stored) to the library and set the right scraper for the source.
