I gave my rather aged Netbook (Samsung N510, ION-LE) a little upgrade in hardware (2GB RAM, 250GB SSD-HDD) and software (Windows 8 Pro). So far the whole process went pretty well, however XBMC is giving me quite some headache...

Just to be clear about it, Windows 8 is running smooth with all the most up-to-date drivers. The problem I am encountering with XBMC (Frodo 12.2) is the following:
Every time I am in XBMC on any given moment the whole computer freezes in an instant. CPU usage and Memory are in a OK range before. There is no way to bring it back than a hard reset over the power button. The only thing about reproducibility of the freeze is that it seems it mainly happen when using any kind of network connections. It can be wireless (I tried two different WLAN-adapters) or over the cable. This was also how I provoked the crash for the LOG file 70391. I went into XBMC and updated my "Music" over the scraper and after a certain time - freeze. LOG 70390 is an ordinary log without crash, might be helpful. If I am using XBMC without or limited access to any network resources i.e. playing content over the hard wired USB HDD, nothing is going to happen and it just plays well.

I am really puzzled about this and would highly appreciate any help. Cheers!
