Just got a new gbox midnight 1 from Matricom and accidentally chose launcher to always open with xbmc, can someone please tell me how to change settings back so I can choose either apps or xbmc just once option?

Hi my box was wo doing fine but now I can't connect to WiFi when I go to settings and click connect the box with WiFi doesn't appear I have tried everything but can't get the WiFi box to show can anyone help please
