My question is: a swap to Linux or openelec is going to help regarding this issue?
Or it's an xbmc bug no matter what is the os? Yes xbmc bug! Why? with the same setup, i'm not getting any a/v sync issue with mpc-hc/madvr/lav or mediaportal (auto refresh enabled and no reclock)
Xbmc gotham nightly build:
Render method: autodetect
Dxva2 enabled
Adjust display refresh... On
Use a fullscreen window rather than true fullscreen: off
Audio output device: wasapi default
Passthrough output device: wasapi default
Windows 8.1/i7 3970/amd radeon 7950boost
Pc --> avr --> tv
