You have to setup scraping for those first, I think by default it is set to do this manually. If you read through the guide I linked to above, you'll find a section which shows you how to setup automatic scraping.

The new 2.0.13 version of Advanced Launcher also fix some problems linked to GameFAQs scrappers. The MobyGames scrapper has also be removed (this database is not an interesseted source anymore).
