A am new to this..
Have a QNSP TS-269L and try to built up a Video libary for my own.
When I recode my Blue Ray, the always run unregular. If someone walks, he walks fast, slow, fast slow... So my recoding must be wrong?
To which Video Format etc. do I recode best. What are the optimal Settings?

i don´t think ur problems are video format related.
what happens when u play the files with other software players ( VLC, PowerDVD, ....)
Which format did u choose?
What would u like to achieve? ( max quality, small file)
Whats the hardware of ur client, and which OS are u on?
