Hello Friend, I just fixed the IOS 7 bug Airplay
to show video from ,YouTube, porn site, whatever
here are some solution.
-First open your Mac/PC and then open itunes.
-Play your media
-Click Airplay to start streaming (if it right the symbol will appear like TV )
-Ok, now nothing not effect
-Don't worry
-go to your idevice and play some youtube and slide your AIRPLAY
-from now your aiyplay's symbol will appear in TV
and enjoy !!

Followed your instructions:
I opened up iTunes on my Windows 7 machine, Airplayed a song from iTunes to my HTPC (Windows 7). That worked.
Tested it with my iPad and it's working fine.

to explain further as this does seem to work.
1) XBMC and ITunes are on the same win7 PC
2) put XBMC into windowed mode and then put it in the background. its under the system settings menu in xbmc to do that under video.
3) start up iTunes and play any video to the xbmc window by using the airplay button in iTunes. it should work to play the video in the other window to xbmc
4) this will allow iTunes to kind of register xbmc as an airplay destination on your win7 pc.
5) now turn off xbmc (mine kind of locked up xbmc so you may have to end task xbmc - but that is normal on my machine as xbmc is still very glitchy to start and stop while windowed on my machine). then turn off iTunes.
6) take any ios7 device on your network like an iphone and try to play a video to airplay. it should now work. mine did.

spoke too soon. this is only a temporary fix. that only works if you have iTunes and xbmc running on the computer at the same time. as soon as I stopped both of xbmc and iTunes AIRPLAY reverts back to audio only.
at least it is a work around until Frodo can get persistent airplay working. or someone finds a way to make Frodo work persistent.

again spoke too soon. airplay still will not work consistently xbmc is now crashed. looks like Frodo is still not ready for airplay to work.
Just a little FYI, its no fix, but if you use Twonky Beam, you can stream video and sound to XBMC.... I tried it using TED talks and Youtube, no problem. However, using the iOS aiplay for Youtube I just get sound. No idea what the difference is, but if people want to play video until there is a fix, Twonky Beam might be a good option....
