I grabbed the latest master, not really an expert on GitHub tbh. I can try the one you have linked to tonight

Not to be annoying, but we really, really need logs to be able to tell anything.

When I ftp into my PI there are no directories or files I can use the filemanager to get the profile stuff from the addon directory, but I can't get to the xbmc.log, as it is in a hidden directory. I will try to ssh into the PI when I get home. Is there an easier way to get the logs via a plug in? My PI is 2 stories away from my computer, so there is a lot of up the stairs down the stairs going on.

Even if you can't see it, you might be able to manually browse into it. '.xbmc'.

i get the same script error when trying to load the movies collection containing 750 folder and roughly 1050 movies. bunch of files retrieved from the pi here https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3954...483958.zip.

yeah sorry, a bit of cross posting going on here.

The errors are due a few places data being treated differently between xml json parsing, xml gives None and json gives "" etc

I am trying to get all these sorted out now. Please try the latest and see how you go.

Tried the latest and I get a script error when I try to enter into a collection.

Are you positive that you have the latest default.py? That is the exact error Null_Pointer fixed earlier today..

I uninstalled the addon, deleted the xbmc addon directory, then downloaded from the master branch of null_pointer's repo. Is there something I am missing?

Someone else on the MB3 forum is also reporting that error is still happening for them - please get the latest default.py - which has additional debug prints - and try again please.

Hopefully this will all be worth it in the end!

While I do intend to respond to both threads - if we could move the Pi discussion over the the MB3 board, it would be helpful...
