I would like to see that xmbc also index ISO/VOB files as TV series.

Now only separate episode files are index by xbmc, if i download a complete DVD(box) of a TV series it is not index properly.
Maybe an option to manually add/asign episodes to a ISO/VOB so it is corretly listed in xbmc

You can already do this. If it's an ISO just name using multi-part naming. If it's a VIDEO_TS, you can do the same thing in the folder name, but will in addition need to alter the default regexps so they search the folder part of the path.
