When I try to go to Live TV I get: No PVR Clients Have Been Started Yet. I did install Next TV but it says "can't connect to recording service". I'm guessing it has something to do with the IP address. Do I use my computer IP address or something else?
Npvr may be installed but have you configured and started it?

Configure next pvr? Dunno, go ask their support forum.
Just to cover the obvious, make sure the addon is enabled, then configure the addon settings. You use the IP address for the computer which the tuner is on, or 127.0.0.1 might work if it's on the local machine.
If you've done all that and it refuses to connect, did you change the PIN in the NextPVR settings? There's a bug where if you do that it won't connect to xbmc. Even if you set it back to the default (0000) it won't work. You either have to reinstall nextpvr, or I think a patch was recently released over on their forums.
