Hi All,

After several betas used by several members of the community, I have now released VideoExtras to the official repository:

Add-on:VideoExtras

http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=178717

I was wondering is any of the owners of skins would be interested in supporting the VideoExtras addon "Out of the box" without users having to manually edit the skin. (A bit like several skins already support TvTunes).

I would image it would be a 2 stage process:

1) Add the hooks in as per the example on the Wiki (using Confluence)

This would allow users to use the "Basic Listing" ability.

2) Possibly have a skin custom listing screen.

This would be a little more work I image and could always follow later.

If you are interest, please can you post here so I can then maintain a list of skins that support VideoExtras to various degrees.

Thanks

Rob
I've added support to Confluence Modified if you want to list mods as well. Supports TvTunes 4 too.

Thanks SpaceMonkey - I have updated the Wikis to reflect the Skin support.

Just in case anyone it tracking this thread.

From VideoExtras 1.0.4, displaying the duration of the track is also supported on the detailed list screen. This value has been stored in ListItem.Label2

This could now be included in custom skins if they wish.

Confluence change example:
