Without meaning to be unkind, may I be the first to say... "err... what?". I'm not sure many people will understand your question: do you mean one of the forum administrators, do you mean one of the software developers, or even whoever designed the layout of the forum or the forum software?
If you can be a little clearer then there's a better chance that someone will be able to help you.
