I dunno why, but i have changed my webserver to 8080 and never cant work with pvr on xbmc on port 8866.
I just changed too on xbmc to 8080 and now works perfectly, then do you should change this to webserver and xbmc remote?

I have no idea what you are asking so this might not make any sense but.

Did you remember to poke a hole in the windows firewall for nextpvr/8866 ?
