Hi everyone,
after trying everything I could think of myself I gotta post my problem here.

Problem:
XBMC wont accept commands from an Android remote anymore. With the official XBMC remote none of the navigation buttons do anything. With Yatse I can still play/pause/mute and control the volume (rockers only)
The library works fine. It scans all my movies/TV-Shows and I can start playing them via the remote.

Environment:
- Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64
- XBMC (12.2 Git:20130502-32b1a5e)
- All drivers up2date
- Windows Updates deactivated

Failed attempts to solve this:
- Reboot of both Android device and PC
- Reinstalling of official XBMC app and Yatse (After force stop and deleting files/cache failed)
- Triple checked the settings again (even tho it worked fine for months)
-> UPnP: All three options checked
-> Webserver: Allow...: checked; Rest configured properly
-> Remote control: both checked
- Firewall is configured correctly (Even modified the xbmc rule to ask again when something tries to access it. But when I allow it again it still doesnt comply.) Disabling the firewall doesnt work either.

(My) Conclusion:
Error lies within XBMC not the remote app. Tried several apps and several devices (Galaxy SII / Nexus 4)

Once I started logging I tried to send a few commands with Yatse. (Mute / Volume rockers / Navigation arrows)
