Hi, this odd issue happens on the first video played after xbmc starts up. If music is being played, its usually by the third song. Happens on local files, streamed from the internet, DVDs, everything.
The video will start to judder badly, sound will make a loud garbled machine sound as it does this. It does clear after leaving it doing that (on mute of course) for a few seconds. Usually though I hit stop, it will take a few seconds to actually stop, GUI will becom slow and unresponsive for a few seconds, then it is good to go again, hit play and it plays fine.

It doesn't happen to any more videos or music after that. Anyone know what the cause is? also happens with UPNP off so it is not that.
