I want to get XBMC on my tv but I don't know which tv box to purchase. I have been looking at androids but I know nothing about installing XBMC to one or which model to get. I saw this link http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW...or_Android and it seems fairly simple, but is that all there is to it?
I just spent $110 on a Roku 3 and am dissapointed because I can't get XBMC so I need to return it, I want to do my research this time before I buy another product that is not right for what I want.

If you must have android - ouya seems to be the general choice or if you truly want a opensource box go for Raspberry pi
