Hi,

Just starting out with xbmc and had a few questions but I am struggling to find out what to even search for.

I have it set up on a raspberry pi but have no media on the pi.

I want to connect it to my mac via smb which I have achieved.

What I want to know is can I change it so that when I press music on the home page it takes me straight to the smb share instead of all the sub menus.

I want to do the same with videos.

Is this possible?

scan the music to the library(add Music) and enable library mode.

Great. That's what I was missing. Now I really starting to like xbmc.
