Hi there!

I've searched on Google and this forum for a solution for my problem.

I want to auto-enable subtitles for my mother language (in my case German). I've found the option to solve this problem.
But now, it's getting enabled EVERY time. I want that this only works, when there is no audio track in german in my file.
Is it posible to tell XBMC that?

I've got some files, which provide multiply audio-tracks und subtitles (often seen on Animes).

Greets
Thanks. That seems like a Plugin, I'm looking for.
But it doesn't work :/
I also hate that and would be happy to see a fix in some future version of XBMC.
One remote press and subtitles are off.
The question wast how to hide them but how to prevent them from appearing.

One click - you would be very happy if you have click every time you start a movie, right? It is just a click after all.
Sure, but the workaround is pretty easy.

I think there are more options around this in gotham, might be worth a look.
You need three clicks for it. Open the Menu, disable subs, close menu. Sad
If I lying on my couch, I'm controlling XBMC via Yatse (Android remote app) and it's not comfortable to do this with it (much more taps)
One click - "T"

Why go through the menu, when there is direct key.

What's the problem you've encountered?

That's nice, but not applicable when I'm using my remote app.

It seems that it does not take any effects.
I've set the option "Enable conditional Subtitle" and told him:
"If audio language is german, then deisplay subtitles with language none"
Additional conditions:
Audio English -> German Subs
Audio Japanese -> German Subs

If I start an Anime with these settings, I still get the german subtitles by default.
