Hi , i am new in XBMC, and i want to ask something, i want to create a IPTV channel list to play in Live TV, but i don't know how, i know, in VLC if i want to see IPTV i put this, for example "
https://149.255.37.194/nettv/8742/index.m3u8" and can see the channels, but i don't know what protocol need in XBMC for the channel playlist, if can somebody to help me please.

You can create text file with extension .strm and paste URL in it.
Or create .m3u with this content
#EXTINF:-1,<Channel Name>
<URL>
It won't show in LiveTV section but it can be play via Video - Files.

I do this, i can see the channels in TV LIVE, but the channels doesn't open , The channels opened in VLC but no in XBMC

And where are you putting these entries? And what about debug logs?
I put,
System==>setting==Addons==>getaddons==>PvrClients==>PVR IPTV Simple clients, and there in configurations,
I'm new to xbmc and maybe I'm doing something wrong but both methods aren't working.
The m3u file opens fine in my enigma2 box.
So , i do something wrong, or need other protocols
