If a TAG is empty it does not appear in tag list BUT it shows in VideoDB / table TAG
Also you can access it from "favorites" if you edit favorites.xml

I'd guess it's "designed that way", but I think the long term goal is that there will eventually be better cleanup of various stuff left in the database. There's often a bunch of stuff that gets left over like that. It won't really hurt anything, but over time it starts to add up.

Isnt easier to change the code to display empty tags. User can add stuff or delete it.
