I`ve been having major lagging problems with Xbmc frodo 12.2 and 12.3. It works fine for awhile, but suddenly video starts lagging and stutter and I have to turn it off.
The lagging is not limited to videoplayback, the menu and everything in xbmc starts to lag. But nothing in windows or any other programs or videoplayers. So I guess the problem must be in xbmc, but I have tried just about every audio and video setting in xmbc and nothing seem to work.

Restarting xbmc seem to fix the lagging but it only lasts for a few minutes.
Restarting the comuter also seems to work, but usually not more than a few minutes. But sometimes i works longer.
Turning off the computer for awhile seems to be the only thing that works. When I turn it back on I go hours or a day before the lagging comes back.

I have tried using different ssetting in audio and video, but it seems to have no effect.
Currently I have used this guide to set the settings in xbmc:

My computer is a Acer Revo-100
With these specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium,
CPU: AMD Athlon II Neo K325 / 1.3 GHz
NVIDIA nForce 520 LE Chipset
RAM: 4Gb 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM

I`m using Xbmc frodo 12.3

I`m eternally grateful if anyone can help solve this.

Here`s a link to my xbmc log file:

I've been trying to find out what causes the lagging and I've seen when the lagging starts the fps drops all the way down to 4-5 fps. So that seems to be the problem, but what causes it?
