Is there a way to connect my htpc (openelec) to my desktop pc (chakra linux) via usb 3.0 and send some files ?

Is there a way to mount the internal hdd from my htpc on my desktop pc ?

Open up an sFTP connection from your desktop to the htpc and transfer the files.

But for USB 3.0 this is very slow 2-3 MB/sec

Is there a way to speed it up ?
