Hi,
since christmas i have been a proud owner of a raspberry pi.
Of course, I installed xbmc instantly (openelec).
My setup: vdr and xbmc on the server, xbmc on the client using xvdr
My problem: when starting xbmc, it takes pretty much time until channels and epg are loaded from my client
My suggestion: if xbmc on the server would fill channels and epg to mysql, the (raspberry) client could load them directly from mysql instead of pvr-clients. this should be MUCH faster...
What do you think? Could anyone implement this?
