As in title wot app can u use 2 watch movies from Rpi over network on ipad or iphone ?

Na mate. I don't want 2 jailbreak them so I can't install xbmc. Any other apps I can use. No trick just a bit thick.

I meant whats wrong with xbmc, if that is not the answer then you need to explain more what you trying to do, exactly. Presume that in this case we dont know any more than you do.

He wants to watch movies via upnp from his raspberry pi acting as the source. In my case on android I use archos media player.

And xbmc cant do that? I thught xbmc was a client and a server just dindt transcode via upnp.

Yes it can but he can't install xbmc on his iPad without jailbreaking it.

Ah right (missed that) in that case any upnp client that runs in ipad should work just fine,

nPlayer
