as the subject says, xbmc fails to start.
If i run it in a terminal i simply get...
bazsound@bazsound-MS-7309:~$ xbmc
Running DIL (3.22.0) Version
DtsDeviceOpen: Opening HW in mode 0
DtsDeviceOpen: Create File Failed
I thought i had maybe borked my video drivers, howver running glxgears and that runs fine. Nvidia settings also opens up fine and reports the driver currently in use.
the only thing that is different is that i cleaned up some stuff, turns out that i had several nvidia drivers installed which from past reading is supposedly a bad thing. So i uninstalled the ones that shouldnt be there and left only the nvidia 304 from x-swat ppa.
Now xbmc wont start, but dont know why
