Looking to get a Harmony receiver to control TV, satellite, HTPC/xbmc, AVR.

Already use a VRC 1100 remote, but looking for a universal remote to help those with who cant remember which remote controls what and was thinking of a Harmony 600/650.

I've searched around and found some users who say the VRC 1100 receiver worked with Harmony remotes, whilst others say not.

I dont know if this was due to setting up problems or whether it is due to the VRC 1100 not being a R6 type remote, so trying to get confirmation.

Looks exactly like mine.

So assume any Harmony remote will work with this receiver.

Did you have any issues programming any buttons?

I assume most harmony remote would work.
I did not need to map a specific button because it all worked fine
