anyone out there know how to fix the bad image error some of us are getting after installing xbmc and trying to run it? says d3d9_43.dll either wasn't designed to run in windows or is corrupted.
I've tried the usual stuff with no success.

Sounds like something is wrong with your directx installation. You could try to download and repair directx

I have tried everything short of reinstalling windows 7x64. video update sound, all windows updates, bios update, direct x fix-diags, . I have 2 almost identical pc's , 1 will run it 1 won't.
