Here´s the thing: after working fine for some time, my XBMC-machines suddenly refuse a quick scrape of my music library. Updating the library (35000+ files) takes more than 24 hrs. The problem occurs on all 4 of my machines. Files are stored on a NAS, library on a shared MySQL (also on said NAS).

Any ideas?

Your issue appears to be extremely slow mysql additions.
