Hello, i am having problem in video playback. Sometimes when i play a movie after few seconds video is stretched, osd controls are not visible anymore, it seams like they are out of tv...then i press windows logo button on keyboard and i manage to go to desktop, which is also stretched (looks like resolution is changed) and parts of desktop looks like they are out of tv display, then after few seconds it changes to normal...does anyone knows what is the problem and how to fix it?

What TRaSH said, but the first thing I note is that I think you need to turn overscan off on your TV.

Sounds like some kind of autocorrecting on the TV, especially if it's effecting the Windows desktop as well as XBMC.
