What was the sequence of your installations?
My initial state was:
Next Aired version 8.0.2
TVDB module 1.0.29

Then I have performed upgrades in the following order:
TVDB module 1.029 --> 1.0.32
Next Aired version 8.0.2 --> 8.0.3

and it doesn't work.
BTW. I'm running CoreELEC not LiberELEC.

Then I have restored system which contain Next Aired version 8.0.2 and TVDB module 1.0.29.
Now when I'm trying to upgrade only Next Aired to 8.0.3 it fails with error:

so my guessing is that 8.0.3 require The TVDB module version 1.0.32.

I think I will stay with
Next Aired version 8.0.2
TVDB module 1.0.29

as only this combination works for me.

BTW. @mr.igor why you are writing about script.module.thetvdb versions 1.31 and 1.32 while it is 1.0.31 and 1.0.32. Please be accurate.

@Gade I assume that the current Rapier skin uses trakt.tv data for TV shows airing today. Since trakt.tv crashed a few weeks ago, they still might have problems, because some currently airing shows are not displayed.

Meanwhile, when browsing inside Embuary Info, I find data from tmdb tv shows, where these shows are included. 

Do you know a way that Rapier can parse the tmdb data from Embuary Info instead?

Mine has quit working also..............

TV Show Next Aired will appear but now without any shows in the calendar.
I have tried both, re-downloading show info and doing a reset from within TV Show Next Aired's settings.

I have tried every version of TV Show Next Aired and every version of thetvdb.
Only TV Show Next Aired 8.02 AND thetvdb 1.0.29 will appear on screen but again NOW empty no data.....a couple of days ago it did have shows filling in the calendar!

Any new ideas?

On my device (Odroid-N2 with CoreELEC with Kodi 19.5) TV Show Next Aired 8.02 with thetvdb 1.0.29 doesn't open at all. I tried to clear data in TV Show Next Aired settings but the same. Nothing.
This is only what happen when I'm launching it:

Same problems here but I suspect it is because TheTVdb has turned off the legacy (v2) interface.  They have been putting up notifications about this for over a year.

Needs to be compliant with V4

Did a clean install of NA 8.0.3 and TVdb API 1.0.33 (uninstalled via Kodi settings, then checked filesystem that they were deleted.  Installed from zips just downloaded from github)

errors with:

1.0.32 & 1.0.33 have never worked for me, only 1.0.31

I also don't see how "TheTVdb API V2" for Next Aired will work given what we know about the shutdown of the old API.  The addon has a legacy key, not a new V4 key, at least as far as I can tell.

Yh it doesn't work at all @Angelinas not at this moment tried every combination + the fix from the link still nothing i guess this is it unless there's an added option to put your api v4 key which I have within the add-on settings and an update

Problem was empty resultat in showdetails if use diferent scraper
