I am not able to get the mythtv backend on mac os to work. i installed mysql and the set up for myth just starts and then disappears.


the set up material available is also very feeble. has anybody been able to get it to work on a mac mini?

Sounds like a Myth issue and not an XBMC one, perhaps you should ask them?
